“Across Colors Diversity Conference (Across Colors)  is a biennial event, hosted by the Independent School Alliance. Across Colors boasts a mix of presentations, workshops, panels, and networking sessions that are designed to highlight the diversity, equity, and inclusion work in our independent schools.

As we look toward Across Colors’ first-ever virtual conference, we will explore topics and discussions related to the theme: Generating the Energy for Change: Centering Voice of Truth, Cultivating Accomplice Activism and Reconciliation. We are excited to engage a broader audience in a dynamic, interactive format. From the incidents of police violence against Black Americans to the disparate effects of the global pandemic on people of color, systematic racism and inequities have been brought to the forefront.”
